How do I schedule an appointment?

Is there a Copay?
The copay is dependent on your insurance. It will vary.
How long will it take to get in for an appointment?
At Pillar Physical Therapy, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible as prompt treatment results in a better outcome.
Do I need a referal to be treated?
You do not need a referral to make an appointment with us. Feel free to call and see how insurance will cover this.
What is Co-Insurance?
Co-insurance requires you to pay a certain insurance (i.e. 20%) of your entire bill. This varies with each inurance plan.
What is a deductible? And do I have to pay it?
A deductible is a set amount from your insurance provider required to pay until that amount is fulfilled. Your insurance provider will dictate payment.
