Doctor Jeremy Cornwell, PT

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner

Jeremy began in the field in 2002 and achieved his doctorate in 2008. It has been the Cornwell's family dream to serve their community. Jeremy graduated from WSU with his degree in Kinesiology and went on to AT Still University to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
